HB 183                                                                                                                        
Representative Johnson brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                                                
CSHB 183(FIN) (page 992).                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 183(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the Village Safe Water Act; and providing for                                                          
     an effective date."                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
CSHB 183(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                            
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
